Carrots with oranges (4 servings, 10 minutes)
Ingredients:
1 package of frozen young carrots BAUER (400 g)
50 g of brown sugar
1 orange
1 lemon
1 cm of ginger root
Put the carrots in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Pour brown sugar into a hot frying pan; grate ginger, orange zest, and lemon. Then squeeze their juice. Put everything in a frying pan with sugar. Drain the water from the carrots and add them to the pan. Mix everything well together.
