1 whole chicken
100 g of your favorite rice
1 lime
frying oil

Separate the chicken into parts: wings, legs, shins, and breasts. Put everything in a bowl, add spices, and chopped lime. Leave everything to marinate for an hour. After an hour, fry the chicken on each side in hot oil, then transfer to a saucepan, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add two packages of the Mexican mix to the chicken and simmer until the vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice cooked according to the recipe on the package.
