Strawberry mousse with whipped cream and mint (6 servings, 30 minutes)
Ingredients:
1 package of frozen strawberry BAUER (400 g)
50 g of brown sugar
100g of any cookie
200 ml of heavy cream
fresh mint
a little bit of powdered sugar
Pour the sugar into the bowl with the strawberries, add half the mint leaves and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Grind the strawberry mass with a blender until smooth and let it cool. Whisk the cream with powdered sugar and add mint. Crumble the cookies. Put cookies in the bottom of transparent cups, place strawberry mousse above, and top it with whipped cream and mint.
