Ingredients:
- 1 package of frozen cauliflower BAUER (400 g)
- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of flour
- 300 ml of milk
- a teaspoon of spicy mustard
- salt and pepper at option
- a little of ground nutmeg
- fresh thyme
- grated parmesan
Put the cauliflower in salted boiling water and cook for 8 minutes. Fry the flour in butter, add warm milk, a spoonful of mustard, then season with salt and pepper. Drain the cauliflower and season with the made sauce, sprinkle with grated parmesan and thyme; bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
