1 package of frozen cauliflower BAUER (400 g)
100 g of butter
50 g of flour
300 ml of milk
a teaspoon of spicy mustard
salt and pepper
Put the cauliflower in salted boiling water and cook for 8 minutes.
Fry the flour in butter, add warm milk and a spoonful of mustard, then season it with salt and pepper. Drain the cauliflower, add the sauce, and sprinkle everything with parmesan and thyme; after that bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
