Ingredients:

  • 1 package of frozen cauliflower BAUER (400 g)
  • 100 g of butter
  • 50 g of flour
  • 300 ml of milk
  • a teaspoon of spicy mustard
  • salt and pepper at option
  • a little of ground nutmeg
  • fresh thyme
  • grated parmesan

Put the cauliflower in salted boiling water and cook for 8 minutes. Fry the flour in butter, add warm milk, a spoonful of mustard, then season with salt and pepper. Drain the cauliflower and season with the made sauce, sprinkle with grated parmesan and thyme; bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
