Ingredients:

  • 1 package of frozen edamame
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ black pepper
  • Pinch red pepper flakes

Method:

  1. Let the edamame sit in a bowl of warm water for about 1 hour.
  2. Add edamame to a bowl and mix together with all ingredients until all of the beans are coated.
  3. Transfer edamame to a sheet pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes until crisp.
  4. Serve edamame and enjoy.
