Ingredients:
- 400 g Bauer Broccoli
- 45 ml vegetable oil (3 spoons)
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 spoon garlic powder
- 1 spoon dried onion flakes
- 1 spoon Italian spice
- Salt, pepper
- 400 g of beef
- 2 spoons sesame seeds
- Glass basmati rice
Ingredients for sauce:
- 1 spoon of fresh, grated ginger
- 2 spoons of grated garlic
- ½ hot water
- 5 spoons soy sauce
- 2 spoon brown sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons of potato poppy seeds
- Olive oil
Recipe:
Put the beef in the freezer for 30 minutes to freeze a little (it will be easier to cut it into thin strips). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lay the sheet with baking paper and spread evenly frozen broccoli. Put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Remove the sheet from the oven, pour the broccoli with olive oil, sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, Italian spice, garlic and onion flakes. Put it back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. When broccoli is baked and crispy, remove from the oven. Mix all the ingredients of the sauce and set aside. Cut the beef into thin strips and fry on a heavily heated oil 2 minutes on each side. Add the previously prepared sauce reduce the fire and mix. If the sauce is too dense, add water. Add previously baked broccoli, sprinkle everything with sesame seeds and mix the whole, stew on low heat 4-5 minutes. Serve with basmati rice.
Enjoy your meal! 😊
