Ingredients:
- Bauer Cauliflower 400 g
- Bulb of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Water
- Almond flakes
- Pepper flakes
- Salt
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut off the base of the garlic cloves, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil. Lay out baking paper on a baking tray and spread the cauliflower evenly. Place the garlic in the foil next to the cauliflower. Bake for approximately 40 minutes. In the meantime, you can roast almond flakes in a dry frying pan to sprinkle over the paste. Transfer the lightly browned cauliflower to a blender or food processor. Squeeze the roasted garlic (3-5 cloves) out of the skins and add to the cauliflower. Add 1-2 tablespoon peanut butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pepper and water (about 3-4 tbsp). Blend the whole to an even paste. Transfer to a serving dish sprinkle with roasted almond flakes, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with steamed flakes. Enjoy! 😊
