Roasted chicken leg with pineapple and onion
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 300 g Bauer frozen Pineapple, fresh or canned
- 3 red onions
Recipe:
Sprinkle the chicken thigh with the spice to the poultry and mix thoroughly, you can add a tablespoon of oil to spread the spice more easily. Heat the oil in a pan, but not too much so that the spices on the chicken do not burn. Arrange the legs in a pan and fry for a while on each side so that the chicken blushes. Then remove the pan from the heat and add the red onion cut into thick feathers and pieces of pineapple and put the pan in the pre-heated oven (180 degrees). If you do not have a pan that can be used in the oven, put the whole thing into a heat-resistant dish. Bake the dish for about 60 minutes until the whole thing blushes nicely. Serve with a mixture of rice and vegetables in Hawaiian style. Enjoy your meal! 😊
