Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 2 cups (500 g)
  • Sugar – 1 cup (250 g)
  • Egg (4 pcs.)
  • Bauer strawberries – 2 cups (400 g)
  • Rapeseed oil (60 ml)
  • vanilla sugar (16g) – one package
  • baking powder (15g) – one package

Recipe:

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Slowly pour in the oil while mixing thoroughly. Sift the flour and combine it with the baking powder and vanilla sugar. Mix these dry ingredients well with the egg mixture. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and place the thawed strawberries on top, ensuring to drain any excess juice from the strawberries. Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
