Ingredients:
- Bauer Wok Mix Thai 400 g
Tofu:
- 3 spoons hoisin sauce
- 1 spoon of brown sugar
- 200 g of medium hardness tofu
- 3/4 cup potato flour
- 6 spoons vegetable oil
Sauce for frying:
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 spoons of sweet chilli sauce
- 1 spoonhois sauce
- 1 Teaspoon rice vinegar
Recipe:
1. In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce and brown sugar.
2. Cut the tofu into cubes and add to the marinade, gently turning to coat the tofu. Place in the fridge.
3. Combine the ingredients of stir-fry sauce in a cup and set aside.
4. Put potato flour in a bowl. Remove the tofu from the fridge and gently roll each piece in the flour. Let the tofu stay in the flour.
5. Heat a medium-sized skillet over high heat. Add 5 spoons of vegetable oil. When the oil is hot, add the previously prepared tofu cubes. Fry for 1 minute, then turn the tofu and fry for another minute or until it is golden brown on both sides. Remove the tofu from the oil and place it on a paper towel to drain.
6. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil.
7. Add frozen Bauer Wok Mix Thai. Fry for about 10 minutes, add the sauce to fry from time to time
8. Fry until the vegetables are cooked, but still crispy. Remove from the fire and check the taste. If it is too salty or sweet for you, add a little lime or lemon juice. Add more soy sauce if it is not salty or aromatic enough. To make the dish more pronounced in taste, you can add a little freshly cut chili or chili flakes. Put the vegetables on a plate. Sprinkle with warm tofu. The dish can be served with cooked rice.
Enjoy your meal! 😊
