Recipe Ingredients:

Bauer Baby Carrots

Glaze:

  • Garlic
  • Cloves
  • Thyme
  • Honey

Get Ready to Roast

Prepare a baking pan or sheet by greasing it with butter or oil, and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 205.

Cook Bauer carrot al dente in salted water.

Make the Glaze. Heat pan over medium heat, then add the butter and olive oil.

Once the butter melts, add the garlic cloves and thyme, and cook until fragrant.

Pour in the Honey – Stir in the honey until it fully incorporates with the other ingredients.

Add the carrots and mix with the sauce until the glaze completely covers every carrot.

Roast 15 minutes
