Ingredients:

  • 400g Bauer Green Beans package
  • 1 Sweet apple
  • 200 g of broccoli
  • courgette
  • kale
  • 500 ml vegetable or poultry broth
  • 1 spoon olive oil
  • salt
  • parsley

For crumble (optional)

  • 50g smoked bacon
  • 1–2 spoon olive oil, if it’s necessary
  • 1 Teaspoon smoked paprika, if necessary
  • 2 spoon almond flakes

Recipe:

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the peeled and diced apple and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the diced broccoli florets and cook for another 2–4 minutes. Add the diced courgette, peas, and chopped kale, and sauté for about 4 minutes, stirring to thaw the peas. Pour the hot broth over the vegetables and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat until the apple and broccoli are soft. Using a food processor or blender, blend the contents until smooth. If necessary, taste and season with salt. Fry the smoked bacon in a pan over medium heat until it renders, then add smoked paprika. Sprinkle with almond flakes and fry until the almonds are toasted in the oil. Serve the creamy soup with crumbled smoked bacon and sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
