Ingredients:

  • 400g pack of Bauer Brussels Sprouts
  • 150 g of cashew nuts
  • Few cloves of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Method:

Put the Brussels sprouts to an ovenproof dish without defrosting. Chop the garlic into small cubes or press it through a presser.

Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, add salt, pepper and garlic. Bake This way prepared brussels sprouts bake at 180 degrees about 25 minutes.

In the meantime, chop the cashew nuts into smaller pieces and lightly roast them in a pan.

Remove the baked Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle with roasted nuts.
