Ingredients:

  • 400 g Bauer Ukrainian borscht
  • 300 g smoked ribs
  • bay leaf
  • allspice
  • parsley moth
  • 100 ml cream 18%
  • salt, pepper

Recipe:

Cut the ribs into smaller pieces and place them in a pot with 3 liters of water. Add a bay leaf and some allspice. Cook until the ribs are tender. Stir in the Bauer Ukrainian borscht mixture and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cream to the soup and mix thoroughly. Serve the soup with a piece of ribs and garnish with chopped parsley.
